希望能增加竖屏展开480P大小的设置 #202

尤其bilimiao不能换CDN，经常卡，所以480P更不卡。所以如果竖屏展开小一点，480P就不会显得不清楚了。横屏默认尺寸也小于480P，所以竖屏更小，对我才更均衡，体验更好。我也喜欢节省。B站又大幅降低了清晰度。
