bug。详情页自动播放按钮不工作 #204

当设置中关闭自动播放下一个视频等之后，详情页的自动播放按钮依然开启，但无法继续播放。
希望这时按钮默认关闭，但开启后，这次能够自动播放。我自动播放用得不多。
