Erroneously reports files missing generator meta tag

I was upgrading from a 3.0 beta to 3.0 stable and I received a notice that 61 of my 120 HTML files were missing the generator meta tag. I checked all the HTML files in my output directory for the generator tag, and all of them had it except one (which eschews any layouts, so it doesn’t get the tag from my base layout).

So the plugin erroneously reported 60 files as missing the generator tag; only one file was actually missing it.
