Vote dialog disappears after selecting 'Yes' multiple times before working as expected

Describe the bug
Several EC members are reporting some Econ Gov UI glitches or issues when trying to vote. It has been hard to reproduce and apparently sporadic - User tried to capture a video but then it worked as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. After vote proposed, navigate to 'Vote' tab
2. Click on 'Yes'
3. Vote dialog disappears

Expected behavior
Vote dialog should not disappear and user should be able to hit 'Submit' to submit their vote on-chain
