TVL jumping around and getting 'you're using old UI hash' prompt for app.inter.trade

Describe the bug

EC voted in a new IPFS hash yesterday and even though it succeeded - users are prompted with the 'New app Version available' pop-up as it's redirecting to old hash. TVL also keeps flickering between different amounts.

Suspect RPC issue

you're right, https://main.rpc.agoric.net/block is flip flopping between 15606655 and 15593160

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to app.inter.trade

Expected behavior

Should not get pop-up.
TVL should not be jumping around different values
