Full Screen macOS never enabled

macOS Full Screen has never been fully enabled, from ElectronPlayer fork oscartbeaumont.
It enlarges into the app fully, but does not take take the full screen;
similar to when I showed you & watched you unlock/enable, the ability to drag the app anywhere on the screen.

What was the function you typed to enable? Knowing what you did is helpful to know, for others, how easy it was for you to fix, in under a minute. Can help you when reply to this issue, I'm auto enabled, here during day & sometimes evenings, then we can fix together, less labor.
Win64 is enabled, functions perfect.
