I cant find a download link on this github, and i tried copying the text from the reg files, creating the file myself, and the js script too but im not sure what to do with my two files.

I have a _puttycolor.js with the script copied and pasted from here, and a theme.reg that i also copy pasted from here. I Double clicked the reg file, pulled it over the js script, and now what? Where am i supposed to put these two files? Next to the exe? How are these affecting the application? Why is my terminal still black and white?

In Windows, double-click the .reg file of your choice. PuTTY should then be in the color scheme of your choice.

Is it possible to apply a theme to specific existing sessions?

If you want to apply a theme to specific existing sessions, just open the reg file and change HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SimonTatham\PuTTY\Sessions\Default%20Settings to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SimonTatham\PuTTY\Sessions\YOUR_EXISTING_SESSION_NAME.
