Sponsors Feature

Sponsors should be on of the main features of the website, they need to be displayed and showcased, as well as sponsorship opportunities need to be listed.

Sponsor should have:

• Logo
• Name
• Description
• Link

In a second moment we may increment this with information about what each Sponsor has been doing and tie them into Tiers.

We should be able to:

• have a marquee of sponsor logo's on the homepage
• have a list of sponsors on a single page (divided by Tiers in the future)
• have a sponsor's own page with his info expandable to more details in the future.

Documenting what was mentioned in #50.

Sponsor feature should be independent of Meetup API, in a later moment we may want this to push to meetup, but not the other way around. Ideally this should be a separate bundle so we can open-source it at some point, but this is not a priority yet.
