Offer binary build releases

In the wake of the current issue with the f-droid build of version 2.3.1 instantly crashing, I am proposing to offer not just the source code but also a binary on the release page.

The build process of the original F-Droid repo is a bit controversial inside the security bubble.

People could also use the awesome "app store" Obtainium for keeping chord reader 2 up to date.

Can't he like remove or disable the last version in fdroid?

There have been concerns about the build process of the official f-droid repo in the past and offering a binary and using Obtainium (https://github.com/ImranR98/Obtainium) might be a better solution for security concerned people.
