Additional SHiP tests for corrupted pruned and split logs

This is per review comments from #983 (comment). #983 introduced corruption tests for regular logs. It might be beneficial to have tests for corrupted pruned and split logs.

Those additional tests should be added as a part of bigger initiative revisiting how corrupted logs are handled and whether or not to attempt to fix on startup or offline using spring-util: #1001.
