Show names in main shift grid.

Should at least try showing the names of the people in the shift in the shift grid. This could get ugly if there are a lot of slots but that might be ok for now.

I don't know how to do this. The actual shift data is lazily loaded into the page, so when you are viewing the grid, the actual cells don't know anything about the shifts until you click on them... I would like to have the site up and running for a few days before adding this, because I'm already a little worried about how expensive all the queries are going to be.
