Hi Arda,

I've been trying a lot of approach for particle analysis. Thanks for you AI model for the particle analysis, it is so far the best one.

Apart from STEM images, I also have TEM images which are captured by Gatan microscope. However, your public model only works with Velox, do you have a model that is more universal to different type of image input or can you do some modification to make it universal?

I added a script to support dm3 and dm4 files in addition to the .emd files. Please install the rosettaSciIO dependency as shown in the installation section of the readme file.
