[Feature Request]: Add more ways to start over, especially on search page

We should add more ways to start over to each page/flow, other than the one just at the end of the reporting flow.

"Why?": Why would this be impactful?

Sometimes people just want to reset! Dy design, we hold onto state as you go back and forth in the app. But it's also good to give easy ways to reset.

"How?" How should this feature work?

Not sure, we'd have to design where to put this!
