Context and steps to reproduce

If not signed, when trying to leave a comment on a blog, there is no URL validation when filling out one's personal website. We've seen this lead to errors wherein a user has mistakenly added a space in the middle of her website, causing the link to their site to break in the Reader:

Let's introduce URL validation to that input.

I tried to replicate this while in incognito before logging in and I couldn't see any issues.
