Spark 15.4 runtime in Azure Databricks doesn't allow to use dbfs anymore.
By upgrading the Spark version, the library import process needs to be upgraded to be imported either from the workspace or from an adls gen2 storage account.

DoD

  • Upgrade the Cluster deployment to use 15.4 LTS
  • Upgrade the Cluster template file
  • Modify deployment scripts to import ddo whl library from the Databricks workspace or from ADLS Gen 2 (open for discussions)
