Describe the bug

When they type /is create normal.... the have this error issue in the chat and everybody can see the error.
Cannot convert to a string with apache: null
failed to processs outbound packet event:
packetevent[player-craftplayer{name=Milenkovich_}
packet=packetcontainter{type=system_chat

Looks like an error with ProtocolLib. Try removing it and see if it still occurs
