Can't break painting & item_frame on island

Describe the bug

Players can't break painting, item_frame and glow_item_frame.
You can only destroy them by breaking the block behind it or placing blocks inside it.

To Reproduce

Go to your island.
Place itemframes, paintings or glow-itemframes on the side of a block.
try to break it with hand.

Additional Information

This also happens with a fresh config and a new island with dev build 408 on a simple testserver.
I tested it with b382, b398 and b408
The bug was first discovered when updating from b330 to b382 (25.12.2024)
You can break item_frame & co outside of islands eg. at the spawn (not protected by ssb) or in other worlds.

Are you sure its related to SSB? The plugin sends the protected message when cannot break or place blocks, etc.
Try it on a server with only SSB installed, default config files.

No protection message with ONLY ssb2 installed
and nothing in console.
Testserver is on latest 1.21.1 paper
new Superiorworld, new configs.
And I still can't break item-frames
