Change charts shown in homepage #616

Historically we have shown two charts:

Daily Blob Gas Expenditure Comparison
Daily Transactions

After discussing, we think there are more important charts to display in the homepage. Change to the following charts instead:

Blob Gas Price (hourly, last 14 or 30 days)
Blobs sent per rollup (daily, stacked bar chart, last 3 months)
