Spigot 1.65.5-3049 (and previous) or Paper 1.16.5-629 (and previous)
ServerListMotd 1.2.7
ProtocolLib 4.6.1-SNAPSHOT-b499

Issue

At present, SLM configured a single server-icon

server-icon-path: server-icon.png

Proposal is to replace server-icon-path with something like the following, in order to support multiple server icons, which would be selected at random.

server-icons:
  - server-icon.png # to maintain vanilla compatibility
  - server-icon1.png
  - server-icon2.png
  - server-icon3.png

You might also want to consider predicates -- that is, selection of MOTD content based on simple logic or states. Here is a description of the concept. I will make a new issue, if you wish.

I link an issue I made on MiniMOTD about this.
While configuration is completely different, should the idea behind it be kinda obvious to understand (if not can I always give some additional info)
