The Load Params button was disabled by Ernesto when he could not solve these two issues:

Issue: 1
Parameters not loading correctly if a reference site in another country is selected first

Steps that reproduce the error:

1. Select a country for the search range (it can be any country even the same as the analysis to be loaded).
2. Click on the map to select a reference site.
3. Attempt to load parameters.
   What you expect to see:
   Parameters loading as normal. i.e. map zooms to country of interest, red site marker appears, correct parameters are loaded for Step 2.

What you see instead:
Parameters do not load

Note: the error is not produced if you only select another country for the analysis (but do not click on the map to select a reference site) or if you only select a reference site while still using global as the search range. The error is only produced if you both select another country and a reference site.
