[MR] (AICCRA) Add new criteria for collaboration between clusters in the performance assessment process

The idea of this issue is to work in collaboration with Julian and Hector in order to add new criteria where we can score collaboration between clusters. For this process, we would need to adjust the performance assessment template, assign weights and document how we are going to measure this in the PIM document. Then, we would need to provide input data so that the evaluators can take into consideration for this new evaluation criteria.

• Margarita and Hector to contextualize Julian
• Margarita and Manuel to propose how we will provide inputs to the evaluators (Deliverable: Template adjusted)
• MArgarita and Hector to make a proposal to Ana Maria and validate with her if it is ok

We had the contextualization meeting with Julian and we agreed on the following points:

1. Improve the inputs by deliverables and indicators where the collaborations are evidenced (Margarita and Manuel)
2. Develop a draft with new evaluation criteria "Partnership" for the performance assessment (Julian)

Manuel and I finished the improvement document with the inputs by deliverables and indicators for the follow-up meeting on April 29 which did not take place because Hector was in another meeting with David.

@mralmanzar After a short meeting with @htobon Hector, he provides the following comments

• Change the title of the owner for the users to understand better what it means
• For the deliverable table add the handle column
• For the look and feel of the pivot tables: use a line break
• Add a column that says if the deliverable is mine if the deliverable is shared with other clusters, or if other clusters share it with me
• For the indicator table should appear the deliverables that are contributing to it
