This bumps the schema version to v0.2 from v0.1 to align with the upcoming v0.2 launch of the web tools and the CLI. It also introduces a potentially breaking change (hence the bump) with introducing
parentDatasetswhich is a list of strings. The intent is for these strings to be URLs, but other text is allowed. If the strings are URLs, and those URLs are paths to Midden datasets, then the intent is for a dependency graph to be created.The display of the dependency graph is to be done in a separate issue.
