The Warped Space (DSK) room does not give a discounted cost option for cards exiled with Laughing Jasper Flint (OTJ)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have Laughing Jasper Flint in play and the Warped Space room unlocked and on your battlefield
2. Upkeep trigger to exile opponents cards from Jasper's ability
3. Cards exiled do not have an alternate option to cast

Expected behavior
Cards that have been exiled should have the option to pay zero for the first card that would be cast from exile instead of the full cost. This option is absent currently.

Imo this is just another example for #4700 and could be closed 🤷‍♂️
