Thank you Piotr for this book,
It helped me to summarize with proven terms and with a very good vocabulary of what & how I want to build my next endeavor.

Here I wanted to share another thread of a dozen tips I do like, that come from Joe Duffy (CEO of Pulumi):

Pulumi is an IaC tool, the best I know from open source space with brilliant people working on it.
I'm more a tech guy than an entrepreneur but these tips drive me a lot.
Not sure if they can be equally perceived by founders, still worth mentioning.
