Value of Readme Files

I just wanted to add here that the Readme file in 1st ZALO FTW was a great example for others. With any open source project having this description helps others set up and evaluate the work. Takes away a lot of the guesswork for those who may try to replicate or extend it.

It is also useful to know what feedback you are looking for on these pilots. Where should people submit comments. Is this intended to be a living repository or simply a public space to store the code and results?
