[Feature Request]: Automatically fit view when opening workflow

What would your feature do ?

Sometimes you may be working far away from the center of the graph. When you load a new workflow, all its contents may be off-screen, leading to confusion and annoyance. This feature would use the Fit view functionality to change the view and zoom when workflow is loaded.

Proposed workflow

1. Load a workflow or open a template
2. App checks if user has the "Save and restore canvas position and zoom level in workflows" setting
3. If the setting is disabled, attempt to automatically fit the view (without the animation)

Additional information

If not done for workflow load, it should at least be applied to loading of templates.
