rewrite URLs with 'Mueller letters'

I changed the name of the folder with the letters from 'Mueller letters' to just 'letters' months ago in order to obtain URLs that are free of spaces and capitals. It appears that links with 'Mueller letters' had already been used in external websites and those links are now broken. I made the change before the site went live, so we do not really have to do anything, but nobody likes broken links, so lets.

@Conal-Tuohy, can you help me with the rewrite? I think it probably has to happen in the Tomcat config. and I have zero experience with that.

My advice would be to not do this in the Tomcat configuration, but to do it at the level of the Apache httpd configuration on the same server, e.g. using the redirectdirective: https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_alias.html#redirect
