What tool do you want?
A tool that would take HTML and clean it to remove unnecessary attributes, classes, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
Basically a tool like this: https://www.htmlwasher.com/

Is their example of this tool in the wild?

Additional context
The tool mentioned can also take a Word Document and generate clean HTML, which would also be incredibly helpful.
