What are we trying to do?
We have a few user manuals/admin manuals in google drive (#1429 for example, and the user manual). Having them hidden in a private google drive is not super effective. We should figure out a way to surface these in app, and explore having them be more living and general documents.
What feature or behavior is this required for?
better documentation as we grow as a project and have more case managers and admins wrenching in it
How could we solve this issue? (Not knowing is okay!)
tk! my first instinct is to throw them in a Documentation dropdown of some sort, but we should talk about this before doing anything.
