Spanish bug: Status not translating on dashboard or patient edit view

• What are we trying to do?

It's an absolute mystery to me what's going on here, but patient status is not translating in production and I cannot figure out why. See this screenshot from sandbox:

same behavior is on the patient edit page where status, and its tooltip, would be.

• What feature or behavior is this required for?

not having english all over the spanish view

• How could we solve this issue? (Not knowing is okay!)

I don't know! The kicker is that this works in development . I wonder if this is an 18n bug.

I would possibly start by porting the strings for this out of models and into helpers, if they aren't already, but I can't say for sure that would work.

• Anything else?

Not necessary for spanish deploy.
