Recreate training video

• What are we trying to do?

Once upon a time, @lwaldsc cut a training video to show CMs how the basic workflows of DARIA could be used - stuff like manage a call list, edit a patient record, send and withdraw a pledge.

@alisonnjones pointed out how incredibly useful that was in general, and we should re-make it and check it in to our general docs.

• What feature or behavior is this required for?

Intro docs/reference materials for people new to DARIA!

• How could we solve this issue? (Not knowing is okay!)

Let's cut another screencast. To do:

• @colinxfleming should dig out the original screencast

• we should assemble a rough script for it

• someone should re-make it

• we should chuck it on youtube as a private link and then link to it in our docs

• Anything else?
