Create a basic Admin Reporting page

What are we trying to do?

Create the MVP of the admin reporting page outlined below!

For the MVP:

• Create the page available to admin users
• have it show the three numbers for the current line/week

Out of scope!

• changing the date window
• changing the line
• personal summary

What feature or behavior is this required for?
Eventual goal!

How could we solve this issue? (Not knowing is okay!)
Creating a new view, and figuring out where to best store the logic of our numbers.

we're on postgres now and I frankly bet that we can do this thru mode analytics or a similar platform. Let's see.
