DSi-based themes: add the scrolling sfx from Nintendo's DSi menu

I like the little "clink-clink-clink" sounds that the vanilla DSi menu makes when you hold left or right to scroll through software.

I would like if these sounds were included in DSi-based themes in TWLMenu :)

And I thought I was the only one that noticed that!
The sound also occurs when using the scroll bar on the bottom of the screen.
