Text strings that have already been translated in previous versions of TM++ should be retained in subsequent versions.
Actual behavior
At least in the Spanish language, many of the text strings that were already translated and incorporated in previous versions of TM++ are now in English again.
Some of these strings are no longer available in the Crowdin project (others are).
The loss of translated strings is visible mainly in the TM++ settings.
I don't know if this is a problem with Crowdin or with TM++ itself, but, I preferred to report it for the bug.

i know i'm not the one reporting the issue but i'd like to give a report about this while i have spare time; and besides spanish, this bug also happens in other languages from what i see.
i compare the spanish text setting strings from v27.12.3 (release build) and v27.12.3-4618871 (#3549 nightly build) to see if those missing translated strings came back.
note that i use twilightmenu++ on different consoles so some settings wouldn't be present, here they are: release build on the left (emulated dsi) ---------- nightly build on the right (ds lite)
another shots: release build on the left (emulated dsi) ---------- nightly build on the right (ds lite)
so as of #3539 nightly build, bug from crowdin that's causing some translated strings to merged and lost has been fixed.
funny how double quotation mark on "save" folder string caused this bug to happen, maybe because double quotation mark weren't supposed to be used at the beginning.
anyway, it seems like it's fixed now by using single quote instead as explained on Commit 24e7861
