Create draw script that can handle different geometries

Moving forward there will be multiple different geometries in use. To not have to alter the drawing script by hand for every geometry, let the script handle it by reading in the geometry in from the root file and drawing accordingly.

Needs changes to:

• output from reconstruction (TreeWriter to hand over the geometry)
• read-in of files
• handling of geometry for horizontal/orthogonal layers
• handling of different dimensions of the detector
