Automate the Org creation on Dalgo for NGO clients

The org creation is a very manual process right now with the below steps

• Create org on Dalgo
• Create Superset account
• Create Usage dashboards
• Set up elementary

There is a possibility that one of the tasks gets omitted resulting in incomplete setup. To avoid that we need an automation script to do the org setup

Currently we have a checklist of things to do while onboarding an org.
Automating the entire thing might require more effort which at this point could be an overkill but yes we should start thinking about it.
