I created a fork in https://github.com/lucascp2004/python-video-silence-cutter-fork/ with the new functionality of add a silent part in each chunk of the file to make transitions smoother. You can use the code as your wish. I am very grateful for you program. Save me a lot of time. Let me know if you need help, i will make same things asked in your pull requests later. I have time, i am retired.
