Hey guys!!

I'll be starting work on a ticketing system tomorrow.
Need some suggestions:

What's the best way to get the category for active and closed tickets? We need the information because there needs to be some place where new tickets will be created and closed tickets will go...
Anyone wanna collab?
Got any unique/interesting ideas for the same? Any suggestions?
