Add all LiquiDoc custom Liquid filters to Liquid/LDCMF's invocation of Jekyll #79

Most of Jekyll's custom Liquid filters are getting added to LiquiDoc, but custom LD filters are not available in Jekyll, which makes the API a little off kilter. Let's achieve maximum parity between filters in both engines.
