Improvement: Editing Integration Settings

Currently, the only way to refresh the device list or make changes to the integration settings is by removing the integration entirely through Settings > Devices & Services and re-adding it.
This approach is cumbersome and not user-friendly, especially for dynamic environments where devices may be added to automations.

Tasks

Introduce a dedicated dialog or interface within the integration settings to:

1. Update the Device List: Allow users to refresh the list of discovered devices without needing to remove and reinstall the integration.
2. Edit Integration Settings: Provide the ability to modify integration-specific settings (e.g., configuration options, filters) directly through the UI.
