Request: Disable / Enable LED and Band Steering Mode

Hi,

Unfortunately LEDs off and Band Steering ON don't survive a reboot.
Would be nice of u could develope a script that enables/disables these 2 Options.

Unfortunately, I don't have this router anymore. My ISP gave me the option to upgrade to a Fritz!Box 6591 and I took that, so I had to send back the Arris TG3442. In fact, I only had the Arris because the Fritz!Box option was not available for a time, and I'm far happier with the Fritz!Box now.

This means I can't really develop any new features. I do still take pull-requests and will happy merge them (although untested on my end, of course), so I'll keep this issue open. I'll put in a help wanted label too, maybe this will make it get picked up by someone. You are, of course, also free to send a PR my way, if you're able to do so, though no pressure.

Relatedly, maybe someone else should take over maintainance of this little tool? I'm wary about giving it to just anybody sight-unseen, though, what with the recent cases of new maintainer doing shady things.
