Incomplete Documentation

Issue

I drafted some simple, quick changes to the Portal page; the area of interest is VM Resources getting conflated with GPU Service.

Actually, would it be a quick attempt at a fix to add the "Please note that, if you have selected to make use of the GPU Service, you should not apply for GPUs in this section." note below the "Virtual Desktop Requirements" heading on the Portal too?
