Load lora weights and TP

I tried lllama3.1-8b and works really welll on interactive mode. It seems really fast. The following is where i need help

1. I am trying to load lora weights to the model. I did not generate the ordering script because I am very confused.
   The command I am running is

RUST_BACKTRACE=1 mistralrs-server -p 40129   lora  --adapters-model-id  /path/to/lora/weights/v3_finetuned_model --order orderings/lora-paper-ordering.json --arch mistral --model-id mistralai/Mistral-7B-Instruct-v0.1

I find it very confusing to run straight forward lora. Can you please guide?
I have a finetuned lora for mistral instruct v1.
The error i keep getting is Error: Adapter files are empty. Perhaps the ordering file adapters does not match the actual adapters?

2. I could not find how to set tensor parallel size , 4 GPUs.
