SB2240 extruder skipping steps

Hi,

Do not know if you maybe have the same issue but I commented out driver_SGT otherwise my stepper is stalling/skipping steps with ABS, PLA seems to be ok. Also checked with different hotend temperatures but still same issue

Is there also a reason that stealthchop_threshold: 99999 must be enabled did not find it in you guide why this is.
Klipper advises against it.
