Could you guys possibly add citizens2 support? https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/citizens.13811/
The issue is that when doing /killall or /kill for mobs it also removes the npc's and the owner of citizens fullwall said the only way to make this happen is if essentials adds citizens support to essentials
