How can I use use-package to install this package?

We're not available in MELPA. Is there a reason you can't just install us using straight.el

I am using use-package, and I don't want to clone it in my local, since I am using different machines for work and home

straight.el is slow on windows (any git operations are slow), so I prefer MELPA over straight.el.
