Codeium is connected and authenticated and I can ask it to explain code from the command menu, but every question I type produce:

adding my experience to this issue as well as it may be related (but it's not exactly the same as OP's)

I'm seeing the following errors when just using VSCode w/o invoking anything Codeium related

but am I experiencing some issues with the inline prompt (cmd+I), it accepts my request and seems to generate something, but no solution/answer is displayed

autocomplete, chat & explanations seem to work well

supercomplete doesn't seem to be doing anything

I also encountered this problem today. I am using Codeium's Pro plan.

When I use GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, or o1-mini models in chat, and typed a question in Codeium Chat, such as 'Hi, I have a question about ...,' However, I can't get any response and the chat displays the error message: 'Error generating response. There was an error generating a response. Please try again.'

I've tried many approaches, including opening a new chat, reinstalling the extension, re-logging in, and reloading Vscode, but the problem still persists.

I'm getting the same error everytime when I type something to the Codeium chat.
Following lines appear in VScode output console:

It works again.
