Relates to #243
We need to fix the validation in :

• Date validation. (in all pages)
• Not all boxes should be required to have text in (Input field validation).
  • Support required – free text. (ADD Participant Page).
  • Need to be able to create participant with fields missing. (View Participants).
  • Error on NI Number field – at present does not accept genuine national insurance numbers. Standard format for NI number is two letters six numbers followed by a single letter. (View Participants).
  • CSCS card is eight numbers.
• Fix the validation when you add prison details (it shows an error message but accept the adding action).
