Hello Group!

Tomorrow is handover day.

I've received a note from Max in preparation for tomorrow.

I've also just tried logging in as a new user to see how the experience flows... I'll save a list of my critiques and feedback because I think you all need a break.

In response to Max's email I would ask if any of you are willing to continue working on the project, or whether you've had quite enough of medical translation for the moment, and would prefer to move on to other things as of next week.

If you'd like (optional), I'd also like to know what you've learned from this project, what you'd do again and what you might change. It's helpful to see everything from a programmer's point of view. We might not have time to go over this tomorrow (we only have 30 minutes), so you can post it here if you want.

I would like to get a handle on how many of the three/four of you might be willing to continue, and if Farah would still be the manager of the group. (I imagine Farah will be busy on other projects with GSG, but I don't know. If he's not available, who would manage and what a team would look like).

Thanks for all the work you've done. Get some rest.

All three members are interested in continuing to work on this if you decide to continue working with GSG. I have a project starting this January so I am not sure if I will be able to continue on the project by the time the work resumes. Either way, there's no longer a gap between my knowledge and skills and that of the team members, and therefore I don't think I am qualified enough to QA/Lead them. If work continues with the Agency, the QA/Lead assigned will be a senior to me and a much more qualified developer/manager. Oversight from Eoin will be immaculate as well, as he is miles ahead of anyone around, and will give you very clear and specific timelines that are very well calculated.

That being said, I think the decision about the team members is mainly in the hands of the Digital Agency. They will select the best developers available, and I think the current members are very strong candidates and the likelihood of them being chosen is high.
