Flak does not trigger Charybdis kill achievement

What happened?

In singleplayer, I used physicorium flak shells to kill charybdis. I made sure bots weren't screwing around, but ultimately, even after landing the final blow, it didn't trigger achievement.

Reproduction steps

1. Get a flak cannon
2. Make sure bots aren't on other guns to prevent bot final hit steal
3. Kill charybdis

Thank you for the report! I unfortunately couldn't find a way to reproduce this, the achievement seems to trigger with no issues at my end.

I wonder if the monster had for example taken large amounts of damage from some other source?
